RB Recruitment is a privately owned Australian Company providing specialist recruitment services Australia wide since 1992.

Our portfolio has grown to include clients spread across the Banking, Finance, Accounting, Mining and Corporate Services sectors. Our exceptional level of service, in-depth knowledge of the local markets and our thorough selection process for both permanent and temporary staff ensures the quality and integrity of every candidate.

Together with experienced Consultants, and a hands-on Managing Director with over 20 years recruitment experience, RB Recruitment’s reputation has established us as a preferred supplier to many of the major players in our specialist sectors, as well as with local employers.

We have the ability to deliver individually tailored recruitment solutions for clients and candidates to successfully recruit for the most challenging positions across our chosen sectors.

Raewyn BaileyRaewyn Bailey – Managing Director


Raewyn Bailey is the Founder and Managing Director of RB Recruitment. The company opened its doors in Brisbane in 1992 and since then Raewyn has sustained a very hands on approach to running the business. Raewyn draws on over eighteen years of consulting and recruiting experience, initially starting out in the recruitment industry with Prime, an international Banking and Finance Recruitment Company.

Raewyn concentrates on placing senior positions in the banking|commercial space. Her company remains wholly Queensland owned and is a member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association.   • Chairperson  for the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital Foundation annual Right Royal Affair Ball for the last 4 years.
  • Representative for Hyderabad (India) on the Lord Mayor’s Sister City Committee.
  • Past Chairperson of the Adolescent Drug and Alcohol Withdrawal (ADAWS) Committee. The Committee’s principal objective was to raise $5.4m to build a new facility in Brisbane which was completed in July 2010.
  • Was on the advisory panel for iLab, an initiative of the State Government encouraging entrepreneurs across Queensland.
  • Past representative on the Lord Mayor’s Business Round Table representing the Entrepreneurs’ Organisation.
  • Was mentoring an aspiring entrepreneurial QUT Creative Industries student with a jewellery design business, assisting in taking her creations to the UK market.
  • Judge for the Indigenous Business Development’s Reconciliation Business Forum 2010
  • Judge for the Lord Mayor’s Investment Awards 2006, 2007, 2008 & 2009, 2012.
  •  Judge and organiser for Global Student Entrepreneur Awards 2008 & 2009.
  • Past Committee Member for Queensland Entrepreneurs, mentoring and advising entrepreneurs.
  • Served on the Variety Ball Committee for six years.
  • Past President of the Board for the Entrepreneurs’ Organisation, Brisbane Chapter for 2 years.
  • Past Board Member for Variety Qld (one year)


  • Inducted into the Royal Brisbane Hospital Foundation Royal family Sapphire. In February 2013 Raewyn was recognised for her major contribution to the Royal Brisbane Hospital Foundation for charity work as the Chair for the annual Right Royal Affair ball for the last 4 years.
  • Award for Valued Contribution to Variety Children’s Charity in 2004
  • Named Entrepreneur of the Year through Entrepreneurs’ Organisation in 2002
  • Regular speaker at conferences and forums on “HR Issues & Team Building” for Queensland Entrepreneurs
  • 2008 – Speaker at CBA conference for 240 staff – Topic: ‘Recruit & Retain’
